6 Midtown is part of the 42 acre urban redevelopment project of Midtown Miami. Located north of downtown, Midtown Miami is located on an old rail yard site.

The building is organized in 2 main elements - a 32 story high-rise tower and an 11 story mid-rise building. The tower contains flats and the mid-rise contains 2 story lofts over the ground level retail. The building also features modern brownstone-type units located along a pedestrian Mews. These units have the ability to function as live/ work units with retail below each unit.
