INFOTECH HEADQUARTERS

Gainesville, FL

The InfoTech headquarters is located at the terminus of Celebration Pointe Boulevard and holds the prominent location at the Celebration Pointe mixed-use development. The sweeping 3-story office building is organized around a dramatic and organically shaped 2-story lobby. The lobby has a wall of glass that connects the space to the adjacent Lake Kanapaha conservation area to the west. Capping the building is a rooftop terrace that oversees the Celebration Pointe Tech park.

The focus on anchoring the building to the natural environment is continued

throughout the remainder of the design. Employees and visitors benefit from the open floor plans which maximize daylight and views. Open work stations clustered around glass walled offices provide visual exterior access to all. Numerous collaboration areas located throughout the headquarters help provide small refuge spaces. The InfoTech building is designed to achieve a LEED Gold rating from the USGBC.
