The Enclave project includes a 4-story student housing building and a single story retail building that are a gateway to the campus.  The student housing residence provides amenities such as a multi-purpose social lounge, private study lounges, a fitness center, computer lab, and a large outdoor gathering space with fire pits, grills, and a variety of seating. 

The residential building provides a variety of unit configurations including a single bed studio, two bedroom, and two four bedroom configurations.
